Each client receives a project-specific agreement identifying the parties, selected pricing option, exact deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, and approved terms. This page previews the subjects the agreement is intended to cover.
1. Project scope
The signed agreement and attached scope will describe the website pages, features, content responsibilities, integrations, revision process, hosting arrangement, maintenance coverage, and exclusions.
2. Pricing and payment
The agreement will identify either a monthly website plan or a one-time website project. One-time projects may start at $1,000, and monthly plans may start at $99 per month. Final pricing is confirmed in writing. After signature, Webautoify may send invoices or secure payment links through Stripe. Third-party fees and taxes, when applicable, are identified separately.
3. Client responsibilities
The client will provide accurate business information, brand assets, content, approvals, domain access, and reasonable feedback needed to complete the work.
4. Timeline and revisions
The project schedule begins after the agreement is signed, required payment is received, and necessary materials are available. The signed scope will define included revisions and how additional requests are handled.
5. Ownership and access
Ownership, licensing, domain control, third-party software, account access, and transfer rights will be stated in the client-specific agreement. No ownership terms should be assumed from this preview.
6. Hosting, maintenance, and support
Monthly plans may include hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. For one-time projects, continuing hosting and maintenance are included only when stated in the signed scope.
7. Cancellation and termination
Cancellation, refunds, outstanding balances, transition assistance, and transfer procedures will be governed by the signed agreement.
8. Acceptance
A binding agreement is created only when the final client-specific document is accepted by the authorized parties. Stripe payment alone does not replace the signed service agreement.
